• Expect a variation of vibrant colors, patterns, and textures (up-cycled saris). Each product will be unique. 
• Choose existing or custom design.
• New natural fiber fabric is used when needed (lining, etcetera).
• Due to the nature of upcycled sari fabrics, some dyes may naturally bleed during washing.

Quotes are provided once order details are confirmed. We do our best to meet different budgets while ensuring fair pay for our artisans.

No minimum quantity; we welcome small collaborations. For small items (e.g., scrunchies, pouches, key chains), minimum 25 units.

• 50% deposit at the time of order; remaining 50% due before shipping.
• Payment options: Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, Revolt or transfer method of your choice. 
• Payments are made in Canadian dollars and automatically converted to Indian Rupees (INR) through your chosen payment service.

4–6 weeks after order confirmation depending on order size and design complexity.

• We work with the courier of your choice for international delivery (DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, Private Shipping).
• Shipping and tax are included in the final payment.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days (up to two weeks depending on courier service).
• Import taxes or customs fees may apply upon delivery and are paid by the buyer. These charges aren’t included in the product or shipping cost.

We do not accept returns. If an item is defective, we will include a replacement in your next order.

• Products include fabric label and hangtag. Additional packaging (boxes, wrapping, inserts) is not included unless requested.
• First orders include printed materials for promotion (Our Story / Our Impact).
• Fabric labels are not included on small items (e.g., scrunchies, key chains, pouches) unless requested.
